As Director of Events, you will work with the VP of Events to plan and organize all of the association’s events. 



  • Organizing events such as networking cocktails and conferences 

  • Brainstorm and create ideas for events

  • Contact brands to partner/work with for CFBA events

  • Finding and booking a caterer 

  • Plan venue décor 

  • Organize event details such as photobooth 

  • Take phone or in-person meetings

  • Work with VP Internal to coordinate event logistics 

  • Work with VP Finance for quotes and event budgets

  • Have never attended a CFBA event 

  • Have no event planning experience
